Ingresso:
il sabato dalle ore 15:00 alle ore 18:00.

* è possibile posticipare l'orario di ingresso, solo dietro eventuale accordo preventivo e con un sovrapprezzo di euro 25

Pulizie Finali:
La cucina deve essere lasciata pulita al momento della partenza, come pure le stoviglie e gli utensili.
Per il resto della casa: per le prenotazioni di due o più settimane le pulizie finali sono incluse nel prezzo.
Per prenotazioni di una settimana le pulizie finali non sono incluse nel prezzo: è richiesto un contributo obbligatorio di euro 30 per le pulizie finali (lo stesso viene già calcolato nel contratto sul prezzo totale dell'affitto).
Animali:
sono ammessi animali di piccola taglia, purché abituati a vivere in casa. AVVERTENZA: il comune di Porto Recanati prevede delle zone di spiaggia dove è possibile portare i cani. Contattare l'ufficio comunale di competenza per ulteriori informazioni.
Climatizzazione:
tutti gli appartamenti sono dotati di acqua calda con impianto a caldaia (quindi senza tempi di attesa). L'appartamento al 6° piano è dotato di climatizzatore, gli appartamenti al 3° e 4° piano non sono dotati di climatizzatore.
TV e connessioni:
ogni alloggio è dotato di televisore; non sono presenti linea telefonica e connessione internet.
Lenzuola e Asciugamani:
per i soggiorni di una settimana la fornitura di lenzuola e asciugamani è inclusa nel prezzo. Per i soggiorni di due o più settimane lenzuola e asciugamani non sono inclusi. Potrete portare i vostri, oppure aggiungerli al prezzo di euro 25 a settimana (l'importo si intende ad appartamento, non a persona).
Piumoni/Coperte:
sono in dotazione dei piumoni leggeri pertanto non è necessario portare i propri.
Lettino per bambini:
per i bambini piccoli che non dormono ancora su letto normale, è disponibile su richiesta il lettino da viaggio con materassino (senza lenzuola/cuscino/copertina).
Cucina:
la cucina è funzionante e completa di piano cottura a 4 fuochi, forno, frigorifero e congelatore.
Utensili e stoviglie:
cliccate qui per visionare una lista dettagliata degli utensili che troverete in cucina; potrete perciò portare solo quello che utilizzate solitamente e che non trovate in questa lista
Dotazioni per il bucato:
lavatrice e stendibiancheria; bacinella; ferro da stiro con piccolo asse da stiro
Dotazioni per la pulizia:
aspirapolvere, scopa e paletta, bastone e straccio lavapavimenti, secchio, spugne

Final Cleaning:
Kitchen and kitchenwares must be left clean at departure. For the rest of the apartment: for stays of two or more weeks the final cleaning is included in the price. For stays of one week the final cleaning is not included in the weekly price: there is a fee of 30euro that we will add in the contract.
Pets:
small pets are admitted, provided that they are used to live in house. NOTICE: the municipality of Porto Recanati has designed some beaches where you can bring along your dogs. Contact the municipality office for more informations.
Climatization:
all apartments have instant hot water (no waiting time). Apartment at 6th floor has air conditioning system; apartments at 3rd and 4th floor are not equipped with air conditioning system.
TV and connections:
every apartment is equipped with TV with digital channels; there is no telephone line and no internet connection.
Bed linens and Bath towels:
for one week stay the supply of bed linens and bath towels is included in the price. For longer stay these are not included. You can bring your own or add the supply for euro 25 per week (this amount is intended per apartment, not per person)
Blankets:
some light blankets are available in the house.
Travel bed for childrens:
for childrens that still do not stleep on normal beds, it is available on request the travel bed for childrens with its matress (without bedsheets/pillow/blanket).
Kitchen:
the kitchen is fully equipped with 4 fire cooking area, oven, fridge and freezer.

washing machine and clotheshorse; basin; iron with a small ironing board
