Le nostre tre proposte mare sono situate al residence Paradiso Azzurro. Questo residence è ubicato DI FRONTE AL MARE, proprio all'inizio di Porto Recanati. Il centro del paese, i supermercati ed i negozi si raggiungono in pochi minuti a piedi.

Nella spiaggia antistante il residence si potranno trovare aree di spiaggia libera o altre aree gestite da stabilimenti balneari, con ombrelloni, lettini, servizio ristorazione ecc.

L'utilizzo della piscina condominiale è gratuito. 
NOTA: la piscina apre solitamente la prima o seconda settimana di giugno. chiude verso la seconda settimana di settembre. Se prenotate giugno o settembre è possibile che la piscina non sia ancora aperta. Le date di apertura e chiusura sono stabilite dall'amministrazione del residence e spesso fissate all'ultimo momento (poichè si tratta di piscina all'aperto, anche l'andamento metereologico influisce sulla data)

I tre appartamenti sono molto simili tra loro, a parte piccole differenze di arredamento.

Ogni appartamento accoglie fino a 4 persone, ed è composto da:
* una camera matrimoniale
* ambiente unico che comprende cucina e soggiorno, con un divano letto con due letti singoli estraibili
* bagno
* spazioso terrazzo

Parcheggio auto	no parcheggio privato. Nelle 2 strade che costeggiano il residence o parcheggi sono blu (a pagamento); pochi metri più su sono disponibili parcheggi liberi anche se non è molto facile trovare un posteggio libero (specialmente nei fine settimana e specialmente nel mese di agosto)
Ascensore e accessibilità	si ascensore. c'è pero' una barriera architettonica per disabili, 3 gradini posti all'ingresso dell'appartamento
Aria Condizionata	6° piano SI. 3° e 4° piano NO (ma questi appartamenti sono generalmente freschi e ventilati)
Animali domestici	ammessi purchè abituati a vivere in casa

Al paradiso Azzurro sono anche disponibili cantine di mq 20 circa per moto, biciclette, canoe, gommoni ecc..

€ 250 consumi inclusi per gli otto mesi fuori stagione (da Ottobre a Maggio)

Our three seaside properties are located at the residence Paradiso Azzurro. This residence is located FACING THE SEA, just at the beginning of Porto Recanati. The center of the town, supermarkets and shops can be reached in a few minutes walk.

On the beach in front of the residence you will find free beach areas or other areas managed by beach establishments, with umbrellas, sunbeds, catering service, etc.

Use of the swimming pool in the residence is free of charge.
NOTE: the pool usually opens the first or second week of June. closes around the second week of September. If you book in June or September it is possible that the pool is not open yet. The opening and closing dates are decided by the administration of the residence and often they are not fixed till last minute (as it is an outdoor swimming pool, also the weather condition will affect the date)

The three apartments are very similar to each other, apart from small differences in decor.

Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed of:
* a double bedroom
* open space that includes kitchen and living room, with a sofa bed with two extractable single beds
* bathroom
* spacious terrace

Parking	no private car park. Right next to the residence there are blue parking spaces (for a fee); few meters away there are free parking spaces along the street but is not very easy to find free spots (especially on weekends and especially in August)
Lift and accessibility	there is the lift. there are 3 steps in front of each apartment..
Air conditioning	YES at 6th floor. NO at 3rd and 4th floor (but usually these apartments are fresh and well-ventilated)
Pets	pets are welcome as long as they are used to live in house

NOTICE
At residence Paradiso Azzurro we also rent out cellars of about 20 sqm for motorbikes, bycicles, canoes, rafts, etc..

€ 250 inclusive of electricity consumption for the 8 low-season months (October to May)
€ 400 includive of electricity consumpition for 12 consecutive months
